I founded Flourish Consulting to bring the benefits of coaching into organisations — helping leaders build the capacity for sustainable performance while displaying emotionally intelligent conduct.

I bring 25+ years of leadership experience in Property, Technology and Healthcare services sectors, with a strong track record in corporate strategy development, business transformation, strategic marketing, product development and technology innovation.

For the past decade, I've worked with senior business leaders of Fortune 500 and other private sector organisations, Asian family businesses and the Singapore public and not-for-profit sectors — delivering leadership development and executive coaching programmes.

My current portfolio of work revolves around coaching senior leaders, their teams and cross-functional groups to drive business transformation, enhance employee engagement & well-being, and working with institutions of higher education like the IMD A2P3 Mentor coach. I delight in supporting coaches towards mastery in support of their credentialing journeys.
