What happens on the discovery call?+
A relaxed 30-minute conversation. You share what's on your plate, I listen, ask a few questions, and we explore whether coaching is the right next step. Zero pressure.
How long is a typical engagement?+
Most coaching engagements run 6 to 12 sessions over 3 to 6 months. Team and workshop work is scoped to your goals.
Do you coach in person or online?+
Both. I'm based in Singapore and work with leaders across Asia and beyond — in person, over Zoom, or a blend.
Who pays — me or my company?+
Either works. Many engagements are sponsored by the organisation; others are funded by the leader directly. I'm happy to support whichever path fits.
Is everything confidential?+
Always. What's said in coaching stays in coaching — that's the foundation everything else is built on.
